What to look for in a Home Based Business

When choosing a home based business, it is imperative that it is something that you totally believe in as well as meeting your requirements as far as investing your money into your own business is concerned.  You have to believe that this business is the right one for you.

Having a home based business is becoming more and more attractive as more and more companies are reducing staff and putting more demands on the staff that remain.  A viable alternative to working 2 jobs but getting paid for 1 is having a home based business.

There are many advantages both personal and financial to having a home based business.  Especially for women, probably the most important advantage is not having to rush the children to daycare or a baby sitter before school begins before heading off on the daily commute to work. The last minute problems of having a sick child that you cannot take to daycare and the mad scrambling to find someone to take care of the child is very stressful.  Most employers are not overly sympathetic when a parent calls in to say they won’t be in to work because of a sick child.

Even without the illness scenario, the early morning rush to get yourself ready for work, get the children up, dressed and fed while both you and your husband go different ways to work is not a great way to start the day.  The children usually have to be woken up long before they would have to be if they were able to go to school or stay home, depending on their ages, and this makes for cranky children either at the beginning or end of the day ~ perhaps both.

I have had a home based business for a number of years and I would not want to go back to a traditional job.  I enjoy the flexibility, convenience and independence that working from home offers.

My Decision is Self Health Care. What is yours?

Deciding to Take Control of My Health

When I was thinking about a topic for this blog, what came to mind is my decision to do whatever I can to take control of my health care and to help my body be the healthiest that I can make it.

I strongly feel that we, in the Western world, have focused too long on treating symptoms of health problems after they have appeared and ignored the more logical approach of preventing diseases and problems before they occur.

The people in the Eastern cultures have known for a long time, what I am realizing now, that it is vital to prevent disease and to treat our health in a whole body approach not just concentrating on problems once they occur.

Since hearing about Amega™ Global and its energy products, I have come to appreciate how I can take control of my health and do so from a preventative point of view as well as treat the problems I now have without medications, specifically Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

As Happy, our flat-coated retriever gets older, she has developed these fatty lumps in areas of her body especially on her sides, underbelly and one large one on her chest/neck area.

In addition to the lumps, she gets stiff hind leg muscles after a couple of days of vigorous exercise with my husband.  It is probably arthritis in her joints and we used to give her Glucosamine but she started refusing to take it.

Helping Concussion with Amega™ Global Products

My friend H who uses the Amega™ Global AMWand to keep her blood pressure down, called me yesterday morning to tell me that her husband had fallen on the ice skating and has a nasty concussion.

She asked me if I would be willing to go and see W last evening to see if the AMWand would help to relieve the pain he has been experiencing.  She also wanted to refresh her memory on using the AMWand.
